New Online Bingo Site Directory

New Online Bingo Site Directory

The UK’s first and biggest free online bingo site has now launched its very own bingo site directory.

For over five years now, FreeBingo.co.uk has been providing bingo fans across the UK with awesome bingo games for absolutely no cost. They pride themselves on fact that at no point will any of their players be asked to provide any bank or credit card details. The site operates using their own currency called ‘FreeBingo Pounds’ or £FB for short!

Every month you trade in all the £FBs in your account in exchange for entry into the monthly prize draw. You can 1 entry for every FB£ you have! Recently they have given away some great prizes, including £100′s in PaySafeCard vouchers, an Amazon Kindle and iPods. Remember, none of the winners have spent a penny of their own money, they simply have played all month for 100% free!

As the players numbers grow, so is the site and today we can bring you news of the brand new FreeBingo Directory. There new directory lists all their favourite bingo sites, and provides great info on each one. There isn’t any technical talk about networks and software, just straight up useful information for free bingo players if they decide they fancy their chances playing pay-2-play games.

The new section is still in its early stages, and it will grow rapidly in the coming weeks, but there is already a great selection of the best bingo sites out there.

Tombola bingo customers star on TV ads

Tombola Bingo has unveiled a new selection of ad break bumpers that confirm its sponsorship of award winning TV soap Emmerdale. Players at Tombola bingo were invited to express an interest if they were interested in taking part in recording a while ago. This resulted in twenty five normal, everyday people that play bingo online being selected from scores of entries to take part in this next selection of promotional advertorials that commenced recently.

The mini adverts are shown at the opening and conclusion of the Emmerdale TV programme and at the beginning and finish of each and every commercial break during the programme too.

The lucky tombola Bingo users chosen to take part went to Cornwall, Truro and Newquay to make the films and undertook activities ranging from building sandcastles to quad biking, from pastie making to abseiling and fishing. All this was shot like a documentary.

There are 21 different bumpers with sequences from all the endeavours performed and every member that participated will showcase as the principal personality for a short clip each. These will be shown for twelve months and since the sponsorship arrangement encompasses all Emmerdale broadcasts spanning all the ITV stations, online sponsorship of Emmerdale and a lot more that is a lot of airtime for every member and Tombola.

Dawn-Elizabeth Howe, Tombola Bingo Head of Marketing, says: “These ads have the same creative format as the previous ads on the Emmerdale show. We had great feedback as the warmth and fun the players had together comes across brilliantly in the final bumpers and it really reflects what tombola is all about. So when we decided to produce new ads we knew we wanted to repeat much of the existing look and feel.”

Filming the ads brought together individuals from all over the UK and with vastly different life-styles. There is mum of 3 Karen Taylor of Wakefield in addition to Company Director Christine Di Ciacca from Retford, Nottinghamshire, just as an example, but by the end of shooting all were good friends and they are planning a reunion in the not too distant future.

This just shows that the friendly ethic of tombola can spill over into the real world and tombola are keen to impress upon the audience doing this sponsorship that playing at the site is just like joining a vast group of friends each time you switch on to play bingo online with them.

The Randomness of Bingo Games and Winning Jackpots

Bingo is perhaps one of the most random games around. It is a game that is played based on a card system that is played in conjunction with numbered balls which are matched to numbers printed on cards. Games are played based around pots that you must buy into with credits purchased from the website which you are playing on, unless you are involved in games where you can play free bingo online. There are also sites that award free credits to new members, allowing for players to possibly win pounds without having to buy in to the pot with their own money. There are several types of jackpots, the highest yielding being progressive jackpots. Despite how the bingo game unfolds in such a random nature, there are many different things that can be done to ensure that you walk away a winner.

Playing in rooms and on sites that have lower numbers of competitors is a great way to ensure that you win a jackpot, as if playing in free bingo games as the ROI is a lot better when you do win. While the pots may be smaller in these types of games, the chances of winning many smaller pots goes up due to the decreased number of competitors. Playing on the same site is also a great way to help your odds as playing towards the same pot over and over again will inevitably bring you closer to the winning numbers that will give you the pounds that are up for grabs. Changing your cards may also help, while there is no logical reason behind this, it may just make you feel better about your odds and evens.

Bingo Player is not the Weakest Link

Bingo Player is not the Weakest Link

A chat host on the popular FreeBingo.co.uk website was the talk of the bingo world yesterday as she won The Weakest Link.

Users of the bingo site had logged on shortly before the show aired on BBC One and Sue, also known as Sg1s51, was in the bingo rooms to give a running commentary during the show.

During the finale of the show, where contestants go head-to-head, Sue correctly answered two questions… with her opponent only managing one. The bingo chat host therefore walked away with the prize of £1,770.

The show can be watched on repeat via the BBC’s iPlayer service until 4th October.

Recent Spike in Bingo Game Popularity

In recent years one of the more popular entertainment options for an increasing number of people, is online bingo. Traditionally bingo has been viewed as a geriatric game enjoyed only by the elderly. However, currently in the UK many young people partake in free bingo games. Up to ninety percent of all players who were asked their age in a recent poll answered that they were under the age of fifty, with a majority of players being under the age of twenty five and female. The attraction of online bingo games has grown in part due to the possibility of winning large prizes and jack pots. However, there are also a lot of people who play only for the free bingo game option.

Many different varieties of bingo are available to players looking for a good bingo experience and many pounds can be won. Numerous online bingo games offer jackpots that are awarded in regular time intervals. Most bingo sites are playable for free; however, you can buy credits to the site that would allow for more games to be played and increased odds of wings jackpots. As another advantage to playing bingo online, many sites will allow for free credits to be given to members upon their registering to play. There are many choices for bingo players to pick from when looking for a pleasant online bingo experience and as many different varieties and styles of bingo that can be played in fun themed settings. Whether you play 90 ball, 75 ball, or 30 ball speed bingo, there are sites available to cater to your specific bingo needs.
